RHP, Lda operates the HEMATO365 mobile application (the “Service”), and is responsible for all the content in the public area. The app sponsor is responsible for all the content in the private areas of the app.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when using the service, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Regulation (2016/679).
Information Collection and Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name (“Personal Information”).
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: “voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information.
“Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services, such as your email when registering for the Reserved Area.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. The collected Log Data is stored on our server for a period of 30 days.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use and other statistics.

It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details about your visit.

This data may include technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem. We may use and store information about your location, if you give us permission to do so. We use this information to provide features of our Service and to improve and customize our Service. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
